Founded in August of 1985 by Ed and Donna Femc, L&E Concrete Pumping Inc. has grown from modest and humble beginnings into a trusted leader in the concrete pumping industry. Donna and Ed Femc, owners of L&E Concrete Pumping Inc., founded the company in August of 1985 with a simple goal: to provide top-quality concrete pumping services backed by hard work, reliability, and personal attention.

Ed operated their very first pump—a used Thomsen 465 boom pump with a 60-foot reach—himself. At the end of each workday, he would park the truck in the driveway of their home in a quiet residential neighborhood. Meanwhile, Donna managed scheduling and invoicing from an office she set up in the basement. It was a true family-run business built on commitment, long hours, and a hands-on approach.

Now, 40 years later, L&E Concrete Pumping Inc. has a team of skilled certified operators, dedicated mechanics, and experienced staff who continue to deliver on that original promise: to treat every customer like family and every job like it matters—because it does. Through every stage of growth, their core values have remained the same: determination, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to provide the best service possible.

Today, L&E Concrete Pumping Inc. is known for going the extra "yard", making every pumping job, pump sale, and pump repair a success.
