Donna Femc is the President and co-founder of L&E concrete Pumping Inc., a woman owned business located in Pittsburgh, PA, proudly celebrating 40 years in business. She and her husband Ed, established the company in 1985.  Under Donna's leadership, L&E Concrete Pumping Inc. has grown into a full-service concrete pumping company known for its customer-focus approach and personalized service.  Today, L&E Concrete Pumping Inc. is proudly certified as both a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and Woman's Business Enterprise (WBE). Mike Ripley

Mike Ripley serves as Operations & Service Manager and Director of Sales at L&E Concrete Pumping Inc. In his dual role Mike is responsible for overseeing the day to day service operations ensuring all equipment is maintained to the highest standards and remains fully operational, and supporting the company's commitment to delivering reliable and efficient concrete pumping services. In addition to managing L&E’s own fleet, Mike also specializes in expert diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs for other concrete pumping companies—helping not only to maintain our own high standards, but to raise the standards of the industry as a whole .With 35 years experience at L&E Concrete Pumping Inc., Mike brings deep industry knowledge and hands on expertise across both technical and operational sides of the business. His extensive background makes him exceptional at understanding and meeting the needs of each customer ensuring every project is handled with precision, efficiency, and a personal touch.

Scheduling & Logistics/Sales

Jason Femc serves as Scheduling & Logistics and Sales at L&E Concrete Pumping Inc., Jason Femc plays a critical role in coordinating daily operations and ensuring seamless communication between customers, operators, and field crews. With a strong focus on logistics and customer service, Jason is responsible for scheduling equipment, managing job timelines, and providing accurate, timely information to clients.

Jason combines his deep understanding of concrete pumping operations with a customer-first approach, ensuring every job is executed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. His dedication to both service excellence and operational flow makes him a trusted point of contact for costumers.
